<p>The People for Elected Accountability and Civic Engagement, also known as "PEACE," held a press conference on Monday morning to share their future plans to help citizens of Baltimore.</p>_x000D_
<p>Their goal is to "give power back to the people" and hold City leaders accountable.</p>_x000D_
<p>Speakers today included Jovani Patterson, Chairman, People for Elected Accountability and Civic Engagement, which took place at The War Memorial Plaza.</p>_x000D_
<p>"We are having this press conference today to address the continued corruption and coverup actiivites by our City government…We are here today to say that PEACE will continue to be that agent of change."</p>_x000D_
<p>The organization says they hope to continue to empower the citizens of Baltimore City to fight back against "corruption" of the City government.</p>_x000D_
<p>PEACE recently worked with voters of Baltimore to place Question K on the ballot through a citywide petition.</p>_x000D_
<p>Question K created term limits for elected officials in Baltimore , such as the Mayor, City Council President, City Council member, and Comptroller, for two four-year terms in each office.</p>
